Squiggle Markups


Squiggle markups are used to add a wavy line under text in a document to add information to a View.

    • The amount of marked up text can be edited after creation.

    • Squiggle color and opacity can be changed after creation.

Add a Squiggle Markup

To add a squiggle markup

  1. Open a text based document Trimble Connect for Browser's 2D Viewer.

  2. On the toolbar, open the Text Markup Menu. Select the Squiggle tool.

  3. Select the text that you want to markup.


Markups are not saved automatically as part of a document. Create a View or ToDo to save.

Edit Squiggle Markups


These instructions assume that you have already created the markup in Trimble Connect for Browser's 2D Viewer.

To edit the markup

  1. Select the markup.

  2. Click and drag the handlebars to adjust the amount of text that is marked up.

Style Properties

The style properties can be accessed by pressing the Style button after the annotation is selected.
